Accounts

Croílár has no user accounts. There is nothing to sign up for and no password to lose.

Your timetable and favourites

Sets you favourite, "I'm here" taps and hero/direction preferences are stored only in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device unless you choose to share a plan link, which encodes your favourites in the link itself — nothing is sent to our servers.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track you across sites or fingerprint your device. It gives us aggregate page-view counts only.

Forms

Volunteer and artist applications go through Google Forms. Submitted data is held by Google and is not stored on our own servers. See Google's own privacy policy for how they handle it. Vendor and press enquiries come to us by email.

Cookies

We do not set any third-party cookies. No cookie banner is needed because nothing is tracked that requires consent under current guidance.

Tickets

Tickets are sold by Resident Advisor, an external ticketing platform. We do not see or store your payment details. See Resident Advisor's own privacy policy for how they handle your data.
